The objective of this training is to introduce and train legal professionals on the Convening Chart developed and used by Ernie Tannis. These charts have been used to ensure that, during the course of a legal proceeding, legal professionals are well situated to ensure they are providing services that keep their client at the center of the process and account for all the variables they must keep track of. This includes ensuring the accounting for and involvement of the many stakeholders associated with a legal proceeding. All sessions will include case studies of where the Chart has been used to ensure effective representation of a client.
